We had some special requests because my partner suffers from a syndrome known as multiple chemical sensitivity which requires different room procedures, and Beatrice was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Then, my partner left her medicines in the refrigerator and staff has been very good in communicating and helping her through the process of return.
So. we're very happy with the quality of staff and the hotel itself and we highly recommend it.

Everything after crossing the Mohave Desert on a motorcycle from Vegas. Desk was polite and quick, room was comfortable, breakfast got us ready for another long day in the saddle.

When I checked in I asked to use a restroom she said sorry we don't have one. Mind you I gave her my credit card but I had to use the facilities immediately and she said quote sorry no. So I left the office and she still had the credit card. I frantically ran to my wife told her to finish checking in and she had the credit card. I was really upset that there was no public restroom or a guest key card to let me into a room. And another thing is that she only gave my wife one key card for the room. I requested another one shortly thereafter from her. To top it off the television in the room did not work properly as far as the remote. My wife called and asked about it and they said they would put us in a new room. After we were on the road for several hours we decided not to. The second thing is the shower head was leaking all over the place and the bathtub look like it got damaged by somebody either falling or just age it was cracked. Very unsatisfactory room and front clerk. The only thing that I felt that was a bonus that we got free ice. It wasn't the $150 room that I thought I should receive. Go figure.

The location is good for a pit stop when going to Vegas. Room is spacious as is the bathroom.
Negatives:
The ac is extremely loud, you cannot sleep at night. No sockets near bedside and no body wash was available. No elevator so it would be a problem for those who cannot go up the stairs.
