Positives:
I stayed at the Hyatt Centric after celebrating my birthday at a nearby restaurant. My friends and I were also looking for a place to gather after the event, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The service we received from every staff member was excellent - they were all friendly and professional, and we felt like valued guests. I appreciated that they had a bar and dining area, as well as areas where you could sit and relax by a fireplace. It was clear that the staff at this facility understood the importance of treating their guests well and providing an excellent experience was clearly their top priority.
The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The facilities look fresh and new.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned! I understand not washing towels and sheets to save water and I agree with this policy. But rooms should be tidied up without having to ask, this is a $400/night hotel and coming back to a fresh room is part of the hotel experience.

We did not have breakfast, although we would have liked to. I was under the impression breakfast was not provided

There seems to be no space in between floors and it sounds as if elephants are bouncing around in the room above ours. The first night was great but then someone was I. The room above during our second night and it was so noisy I could t sleep. I tried to call the front desk but then found our phone was dead and not working. As it was 11 pm I did t want to have to go downstairs to complain about the noise. This was a very uncomfortable night and I did not get the rest and sleep I so sorely needed. Not happy!!

I experienced a double charging incident and it took a full month to resolve and receive my refund, causing significant inconvenience. Throughout this process, the staff's attitude was notably unprofessional. Despite their mistake in charging, they unjustly blamed me for using a debit card instead of a credit card. This unwarranted accusation only added to the frustration of the situation, negatively impacting my view of their customer service and professionalism.
