Room was not clean. Bathroom door was off of it's hinges and I couldn't close or open all the way. I literally had to lift the door to move it. The staff was not as professional or service oriented for the price of the hotel. I stayed at the Silverado Resort the night before and their staff was much more professional and service oriented.

The room was incredibly dirty. There was dry urine by the toilet. The carpet smelled like urine. Room was dark. They put us facing the mercantile bar and it was noisy til 10.
