It's an old motel, but well kept and surprisingly clean. Owner was very helpful and recommended nearby restaurants and where to get cheaper gas in Arizona. The parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. There weren't a lot of TV channels, but that is certainly understandable in such a remote area, so be prepared for that if you watch a lot of TV.

Maybe a little fresh paint on the outdoor common areas. The free breakfast was just muffins and coffee.

This place is ok if you are just making a quick stop for a little sleep. The pictures make it look much better than it is. It is in need of some serious updating and repair. It was clean and the bed was ok (not great). It suited our needs for a short sleep stop. Wont be returning.

The bed was comfortable. TV worked, but the remote was faulty. The toilet worked well. The AC/heater did keep the room warm.

Room 114 was lacking any bedside lamps,(only a floor lamp),no security chain on the door, small extension room had no light(switches didn’t work), only one light in the bathroom(none over the small square mirror), tape pealing off the small bathroom window, large AC in the entry window is very loud, Internet was poor, and room 114 is under the stairs in the back corner of the motel under a very bright light(probably for motel security since the room was in the back corner of the motel. No decorations on the walls- no ambience. I checked on Booking.com and there were still rooms in the motel being offered at a discount. I would recommend the owners use this particular room for storage for hotel supplies. I trust the other rooms were better appointed.
