Clean room, nice view.
Negatives:
Hot Tub was out of service and was out of service for weeks before we arrived. This was one of the main reasons we booked this spot. (Should have taken a photo of the hot tub with yellow tape around it).
It’s crazy hotels can charge you full price and not have all advertised services available. No prorated refund…nothing. Lawyers need to get a class action lawsuit going.
Should have sent updated messages a week or two before our date so we can get a full refund and book elsewhere.

They want you to essentially pay $30 per person for breakfast or eat at their restaurant. $17 for two pieces of French toast. No thanks. Also they tried to charge my daughters $15 to use a microwave.

Positives:
bed was comfortable, and they still provide a warm cookie upon check in. Parking was also included in our stay.
Negatives:
The bathroom was very old, and needed a fan or some air flow for when you showered. Also the bathroom did not look as clean as I would have liked. Upon check in staff was not friendly at all, and had zero customer service. Lastly our smoke detector was going off all morning, and all they did was send someone to unplug it...

Location for us was convenient. The room was spacious clean and the balcony was an unexpected surprise. The bed was very comfortable. Toiletries in the bathroom were god quality and useful. It was helpful having the fridge. The food portion sizes in the onside restaurant was generous and good value.

Convenient location. Average room with average amenities you find in a typical hotel. I would definitely stay here again, even though the price is a bit high.
Negatives:
Price to high for a typical/average room. The staff member was hesitant to give a bottle of water because I was not a member. You are charging over $150 for an average room. The lease you can do is give a $.50 water bottle. Made this upscale restaurant look cheap.
