It was clean with great amenities. The restaurant was very nice and the live music was an unexpected treat. Staff was able to fix a double booking from bookings.com before I checked out, no questions asked. I ordered a balcony room and it overlooked a pond and gazebo which was an added bonus.

The fitness room has a water dispenser eith sprüng water. I filled my bottle there durşng fitness room use and even after. It was open 24/7.

I'm super disappointed with the management response with regards to my complaint about the DJ playing in the lobby until 1am. I did see that the booking that the hotel was under renovation was under renovation during our stay, but I did not see anything about nightclub DJ in the lobby. Our room was 1st door on the 2nd floor, which was opened to the lobby and the music was so loud. I had a 7 hour drive the next more and did not get adequate sleep due to the noise. When I received an email after our stay, i was even more annoyed. There is a huge difference in advertising "live" music vs. DJ is playing in the lobby until 1am

We had an issue with the adjoining room smoking marijuana, and the smell was coming into our room. I notified the front desk, and they sent security and quickly changed our rooms, which I greatly appreciated!
