Negatives: Ventilation in the room was very poor

Negatives: The lobby doesn’t look so pleasant. The parking is very small. Need more comfortable pillows. So parts on the bottom of the wall in the bathroom are rotten. The part where the lid of the toilet bowl holds was rotten. The hot water would not come out hot unless I kept turning the knob more and more. Need a little more upgrade the hotel.

Negatives: The room and ac had a really bad smell. The whole time we were there the room smelled horrible

Negatives: The smell of the room was not pleasant. We will not be staying here again because of the inconvenience of key card. EVERY SINGLE time we needed to use out key card we had to go to the front desk to have it charged. We were locked out of the building and our room every single time we left. I have 2 small children and was traveling alone and coming home late at night with my hands full and being locked out of our room was extremely stressful and inconvenient.

Negatives: No complaints

Negatives: Our room was really hot, we turned the AC on and we was hot all night. We didn’t get much sleep. We told the front desk and she said she will call someone and no one showed up or call me for an update.

Negatives: In the customer service was excellent

Negatives: Some items, such as water bottles and earplugs were not included. Coffee didn’t taste good. Mini mart items were very expensive. We could hear noises from other rooms, such as running pipes and a baby’s cry.

Negatives: Main light didn’t work, dogs and baby crying for a lot of time early morning, pillow not comfortable at all.

Negatives: The entire staff is rude, argumentative and not accommodating at all. From the moment we arrived, the front desk attendant was rude. Our air conditioning unit didn’t work. When we notified the front desk, she said they would try to have it fixed but no guarantees because maintenance was busy. We were not offered a different room or any solution, but told they would call if they could fix it. We left to grab dinner and fresh air, never heard back about the ac, so decided to book somewhere else. When we returned to check out, we noticed our air was fixed. When we told them we assumed it wasn’t getting fixed, booked elsewhere, and requested a discount since we weren’t staying we were rudely told that wasn’t going to happen. We were extremely frustrated by the disrespectful and uncaring attitude and mentioned that we would not be leaving a good review. The front desk attendant told us that we could leave, refused to give me her manager’s name or her name. To top it off, they did not return the $200 deposit, claiming we caused a disturbance. This is completely false. If anyone caused a scene, it was the front desk attendant. When I spoke to the manager on the telephone, she was just as rude, disrespectful and unaccommodating as the front desk attendant. I have also reached out to the owner of this hotel and have gotten no response. We are disputing the deposit charge with our cc company. Worst experience ever!

Negatives: AC units in room #315 need to be upgraded had them running all day and did not keep the room cool at all
