The pool was dirty and super gross. The complimentary drinks and snacks were awful. Low quality and small variety of drinks to choose from and the snacks bar was unbelievably dirty and empty.

Parking was not very pleasant for 29.00! Restroom in room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned black stuff all over shower floor we luckily shower with shower shoes because who knows what was down there. Some of the towels looked like they had just been used prior to our arrival or they just weren’t folded. I am not one to complain I know most of the times front desk workers will listen and than ignore feedback so no point in making a big deal. One Elevator wasn’t working and took me 40 minutes to finally get an elevator up to the 10th floor.

Everything…, not enough seating for breakfast, staff mostly the older white males instead of listening to customers needs and request they treat this place like they own it . Very disappointed. Gym was a joke - should be called a room with bikes in . Pool and jacuzzi has not been updated since 1980,s , all the tiles are nicotine yellow in color- and I’m just scratching the surface
