Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The location could not have been perfect for the purpose of walk ability to the Honda Center. Check-in was super easy and convenient. Staff were all super helpful and went above and beyond. Appreciated the ability to do laundry.
Negatives:
The air conditioner in our room didn't work at all. Would turn on for a minute or less then shut off, even if it set very low. Had to have window open, but it was uncomfortable due to being on the first floor. Shower was okay, but it was dirty. No shampoo or conditioner available, at least in our room.

We attended an event at the Honda Center which is a walk away.

Did not have a room available based on my booking. I reserved a two double bed,room and was told none were available because the people,in them did not leave. Was offered a king size bed, but when we got to the room, the bed was a queen and they would not change the room.

The location was good for us, nearby Honda Center and excellent restaurant Lazy Dog.
Negatives:
Booking.com mentioned that this hotel includes a breakfast. Note that it's just a takeaway breakfast, in our case cup of coffee and a muffini from the reception. That was quite a disappoinment, had we had to spend additional 20$ for the breakfast in Starbucks nearby.
