I needed to stay close to Stanford, so I chose comfort Inn. The only downsides were that there were no nightstand lights in my room, so there was only the one overhead which was next to the entry door. And also they have forgotten to put Kleenexes in there. But the front desk did supply me Kleenexes when I asked and I just may do with the lights. The young man who was the counter clerk when I came was very nice and very receptive. I also needed a Band-Aid and he looked for a while and found one. That might be a staple that they should have easily on hand

Clean room, facility well maintained. A microwave and refrigerator were provided and needed.

Check in clerk had such bad body odor it permeated the room. Reserved a business king room but got a handicapped room. The toilet was so high my feet barely touched the floor. The coffee maker was broken, the shampoo and conditioner quality was terrible. Being that we were there only one night for a medical procedure at Sutter, we dealt with the issues.

The room was really clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked fine. There was a good daily breakfast with sausages, scrambled eggs, tater tots, waffles, orange and apple juice, regular and decaf coffee, cereals, muffins.

Couldn't connect to the facility internet, the TV didn't work and after a couple mornings the coffee maker stopped working too! Other guests were sometimes boisterously carrying on conversations between the upper balcony and the parking lot (about what booze they were drinking, about 8 AM).
