Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Sep 26th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Sep 26th, 2023 at midnight and Wednesday, Sep 27th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Sep 27th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy
