Positives: The parking is already free so you don’t need to request that When setting up the room, the staff was very friendly and the location was very good. Close to the freeway close to shopping. Breakfast was muffins and coffee

Negatives: The breakfast was only muffins and coffee. The room there were scratches on the door. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and hair stuck to the Bathroom mirror.

Positives: Close to home….had kitchenette …..air conditioner!

Negatives: Bed super hard!….had to ask for another pillow, was told No!……had to go front desk to get pots/pans etc….had to go a second time for ‘extras’ such as cutting board etc………asked for coffee pot,was told none available…. Elevator only worked intermittently! So sad about what’s happened to hotel since we were there last year!

Positives: The staff is very friendly

Negatives: The property needs an upgrade. Elevator got stuck with my mom inside for 10 mins. We had children and my disabled Auntie and we had to walk up and down the stairs the whole time because of being of afraid of getting stuck with her In there. That can cause her to have an Episode. The beds are very uncomfortable. This was our first time at an Extended stay pretty sure this will be the last.
