the property was disgusting I hated my stay but I had no choice I got there late and was tired so I dealt with it ,the staff was very rude at check in and they were not available when I tried calling the front desk in the morning there was no breakfast just coffee tea and hot chocolate that is false advertisement I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I will never recommend or stay at this place everrrrr how sad

Location was great for event at the pleasanton fair grounds.
Negatives:
Arrived, and the room I had booked wasn't available. (They told me they had overbooked rooms with 2 queen beds.) Ended up in a king with a pullout sofa at a discount.
Went out of room for breakfast, and there is a grab and go type breakfast. Apparently, everyone already had grabbed more than their share. The only thing left by 820 am was a few chocolate muffins, granola bars, and hot beverages. Oh, well.
The front desk service was fine, and tried to accommodate.
Room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom shower area small. TV couldn't be watched unless you moved the drawer unit it is on. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
