No ice no pool no Wi-Fi
No Ice - Ice Machine, did not work so you have to ask the front desk to give you 1 bucket only of ice.
No Pool - was told pool was closed because waiting for a piece of equipment.
No Wi-Fi - my Wi-Fi has a very weak signal.
Manager Irene and certain staff needs to be replaced.
PSS - families with children and pets living on premises. They are very rude.
Dog poop never picked up by dog owners or staff. Shit all over the place. The room has bedbugs and/or Vermin.
