The toilet was not in working order

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The two ladies setting up the food in the breakfast room were so accommodating, letting us in the room early so we could get coffee. The breakfast offerings were phenomenal, from every possible carb to high protein

The hotel was was a good option to stay at. The location was good as it was right off the highway. The staff were great, very friendly and easily approachable. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight.

The moment we walked in, I got a hint of urine smell. In the morning when I woke up, the urine smell was much stronger. I then realized the bathroom floor was wet and the toilet was leaking. I called to report the incident and reminded them at checkout.

The manager was very disrespectful to one of the girls who worked for him. The dinning area was disgusting & filthy dirty.Everything was empty waffle dispenser,condiments, napkins, plates??? The manager was more interested in his cell phone than his job!!

Great Staff both checkin and room service! Breakfast was good and great clean pool we did use. Very hot during our stay so pool was nice! Aldis and a Subway right across the street!

Only con as others have mentioned rooms are in need of updating but very clean and bed very comfortable! Mini fridge and microwave in room!

The walkways had a debris (leaves palm branches dirt). Gave the appearance it was abandoned. Needs to be remodeled like the one in Porterville where we stayed the night before.
