Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Management and staff needs some basic education and customer service training to accommodate non-heteronormative travelers. Communications overheard between cleaning crew and management staff were derogatory and inappropriate. Safety being paramount, my stay was shortened due in part to their bias and discomfort.

When I checked into the room the sink was extremely filthy I later came to find out that it was because the neighboring unit was backing up into my hotel room sink. I booked this room because of the stove top but there was no dishes available for me all five days I was there. I had requested a card two weeks in advance which was unavailable to me. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes to be checked in then later that night when I went to check on my car I waited for over an hour. None of the staff seem to know what they were doing. I did receive a partial refund but it took a couple days to get it processed because nobody was answering their phones or had the time to email booking.com back. I highly do not recommend.

The only thing to like there was a location and the frontdesk employee, Ashley, who acted like she cared for the guests.

First I got the room on the second floor: very poor smell, AC smelled like it burned, a cockroach named Richard who ran out of the kitchen drawer to welcome me, his family members laying all over the floor, his bug neighbours having a blast party in under the sink cupboard. Went back to the front desk, Ashley got we another room on the third floor which was bugs-free, but I needed to use a lot of lint roller to get rid of the ton of hair stuck to the bed linen. Once I cleaned the sink area, bathtub and the toilet sitting at 1AM and took a shower with a lukewarm water I was able to get some sleep. I didn't expect nothing extra but a clean place to sleep when I booked this place. Once I checked out at 11:50 AM, I wasn't charged with a late charge (as Ashley told me I don't have to worry about that) and got a 10% discount. So that's what you can expect here. Good location.

10 steps cleaning process sounds nice, but needs to go-live

The facility is disgusting. The floors are dirty, the a/c barely works and there are roaches in the room and one crawled across my head while I was going to sleep. I would like a refund and I think this place should be closed, at very least for fumigation.
