Negatives: The property was fully booked and we are not accommodated even though we said we booked through booking.com and the booking went through, the front desk said we are fully booked today and we can’t do anything about that so just call booking.com . I called booking.con and they told me to contact the property to process the refund since booking.com emailed the property already. I called the the property no answer. I called again the next day and the next day after that I left a email as well no answer.
