The location.

I was never told that I would not have my room made up or get clean towels until I walked to reception to ask. Staff were doing many jobs all at once-running the front desk, running breakfast, sweeping and mopping and getting linens for guests. Also I had to use the pull out couch and I found no blanket in the room for it. The room smelled like cigarettes too.
