Our key cards did not work on the back door or to our rooms. The staff keyed them 3 times before one finally worked on our room, not both, and neither never did work on the back door.

Pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Nice and clean hotel with a breakfast that exceeded my expectations. It was good with plenty of variety. Wonderful stay!

Nothing, it was very nasty and everything was either broken or improperly installed.

lugged belongings around building at night because the doors didnt work. Carpet has lumps and creases making it very difficult to roll suitcase. Room had hair everywhere, garbage in the peep hole, a smear on door, only one light worked & stained sheets

The front desk lady answered the phone while I was waiting to check in. Instead of putting the caller on hold for a minute and helping with our check in first, she gave them the priority. Maybe the management can train their staff a little better!
