We had to change rooms because refrigerator was defrosting. When I called front desk they were unaware that we had told desk in the am about it. And we were given a room overlooking the courtyard as we reserved.

Location, front line staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean.
Negatives:
Shower faucet fell off and only one of us had a 1/2 shower( all I got was a sorry from the front desk). The breakfast was subpar/ horrible (eggs, potatoes and sausage, toaster took for ever) Parking very difficult due to restaurant nearby.
