The place was incredibly dirty. We had to take a sheet off one bed because it had brown spots on it, it clearly hadn't been washed. The walls in the room were filthy. The beds were very hard and one sagged. Super thin walls and loud neighbors all night long. We went with a cheap motel because we basically needed a place to hang out a few hours and the sleep. It wasnt even worth that.

No king size beds in entire hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Pool not open in May! No hair dryer No fridge! No coffee machine in room! No breakfast available. Noise outside our room in mid afternoon - bunch of kids and some adults smoking just outside our door, One of the women said "oh, don't worry, I work here, so if you have any problems let me know"....

threatened with physical harm by neighboring tenants at 2am and be called out for the color of your skin because you moved your car because their big truck was in A handicap spot and they were not handicapped at all and over the line inches from my car.

I went the whole two days without a working television. I asked the front desk to do something about it and his response was sometimes the cable box goes in and out. I couldn't get it to work for the life of me. To the point I was getting upset. I feel like I paid way to much for two days to not have any TV to relax to. Really upsetting.

the staff at the front desk i talked to were very polite and helpful.
Negatives:
the room stank of bleach, mold and cigarettes the smell was so bad that i immediately felt sick, the smell was so bad my clothes stunk like the room when i left. it was not very clean and screaming meth heads kept me up all night.
