Positives: Decent buffet and coffee bar.

Negatives: Sole purpose to book with this hotel was they had a hot tub since I have a bad back. The hot tub filter system was inoperable causing there to be extreme amounts of hair, bugs and whatever else that was floating on the surface. The filter system also provides the water for the jets, which just blew bubbles.

Negatives: Room was very old and not updated. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Sheets didn't seem super clean. AC rattled loudly when on. A staff member opened our door to check on something in the middle of the night(luckily had the door locked). Half the car chargers were not working.

Positives: it was to run down very dirty very upset about the spider found in the bedroom obviously that room had not been occupied the spider was nested between the bed and the nightstand and how it was handled was not appropriate we did not get any discounted rate the staff did nothing

Negatives: We will not be staying at this facility anymore I even mentioned that we are Bethel people nothing was done for adjusted rate

Positives: Room was clean and well kept

Negatives: I specifically paid more to stay here for hot tub because I'm disabled and have chronic pain. But jets were not in hot tub, bubbles bubble straight up out of holes and are useless. You can't sit in front of the bubbles because it just pours over your head, and even if you could it wouldn't do anything anyhow, without jets.
