It was very very clean. I could tell this place takes pride in ownership and in making this a nice place to stay for a reasonable price for that area. I saw that the facets in the bathroom and the shower were updated like they were brand new and the top was spotless. A new shower curtain and looked like new curtains for the balcony outside. We will come here again. We have flown out of SF airport a lot and often spend the night before in that area. And we are often in that area for other things. We hadn’t known about this place but will definitely stay here again. And it was quiet.

The bed could have been a little bit more comfortable.

Scary homeless person in next door lot made us make sure we did not venture out to our vehicle at night.

Negatives:
We were given a room near the front door to the second floor. Everything was fine in the evening because no one was there. But we woke up at 5:00 a.m. to the sound of that door slamming, and we spent the entire morning listening to that awful door slamming and people talking. So if you want to get a good night's sleep, don't go here because you can hear every sound from the hallway, as if it were right next to your ear.

Not a lot of amenities. No microwave and only a tiny refrigerator. Bed and pillows could have been a little more comfortable.
