Front desk staff was terrible when I got there he tried to double charge me for a room I paid for instead of the hold for incidentals when I checked out this morning he didn’t want to open door for me and my son it was 3am I was waiting for my Lyft I asked if we could wait in lobby said no had to walk around the premises

No phone in room to contact front desk, no pen and pad, no bible,floor was dirty. Came in my room without permission after I left the room at 3 p.m. Will not stay there again.
