The rooms air conditioner was loud and did not hold the set temperature, so it was always either too cold or too hot
One of the Queen beds appeared to have old sheets on it and that someone had slept in it. The housecleaning staff did not change the bed sheets during our stay.

Close to the hospital and a very nice market. could walk to both. People were nice. Room clean for the most part

One garbage can. Almost fell in the bathroom because the handicap shower flooded the tile floor. the shower itself was dirty and the bench was really dirty. I am able bodied don't mind using handicap-able rooms but... Only chair user would be safe in that shower

The kitchen staff were the most helpful and nicest. They always provided quality service no matter what time of the day and the food was really good. The amenities were great and getting in and out of the hotel was easy.
Negatives:
The front desk staff when I checked in were minimally helpful. They just seemed stiff and unhelpful; almost bothered that I was checking in. The phones in the room don’t work and can’t call front desk staff. I had to call through my cell phone using the number that’s posted on Google not the phone number on the actual email reservation. The beds were stiff and not as comfortable.
