Location location location! Perfect spot! We loved the breakfast and the staff were always very helpful and friendly!
Negatives:
The beds were uncomfortable and in need of updating. It was not the cleanest, there were hairs in our bathtub and the carpet was black in the white areas around the beds. Also very noisy in the hard of hearing rooms; you can hear all of the traffic noise kept my kid up.

The service was very poor with bad trained stuff. The variety of food on the breakfast was very poor also, I am not sure if it's a thing in America, but the choice of bad quality coffee and Strabucks where you obvi have to pay was a bit shocking.
