Proximity to Sutter Medical Center. The price was right. And the kitchenette was a nice feature I hadn't expected.
Negatives:
The AC unit was a bit loud, but it worked well. The placement of the TV made it hard to watch in bed. Picky I know, but you asked.

The location was nice and all of the staff were professional and very nice.
Negatives:
The room was exceptionally hot! The ac could not be turned down past 68 but even at 68 the room was very hot and uncomfortable during the night. We were unable to sleep well as a result of that. Also around 4am I was woken up to someone attempting to come in through our door. I heard the lock on either the front door or the shared door between the rooms, unlock. It scared us. Other than that, the stay was fine. We appreciated that we did not have to check out until noon.

We were able to check in an hour early which was nice and helpful for us. The room was clean and the availability to store food items and etc.
Negatives:
The room smelt like smoke when we asked for a non-smoking room but we were able to air out the room.

Negatives:
Dog rooms should be on one side of the hotel because I got bites all over my body from fleas.. I love fur babies, but some own don't care for them properly with flea care. Oh, and maybe spray flea spray after the checkout
