It was infected with Roaches. We slept in our car. The front desk seemed like they didn't care. I left early. . The bathroom had Roaches everywhere. There were Roaches on the ceiling in the room on the floor. In the kitchen all around the beds. Just gross. It's wasn't clean. The toilet didn't flush. The door looked like it coming off. Not a safe hotel. I will never stay there

Well every time you ask for towels or sheets none were available. Couldn't get quarters to do laundry ever. My room was entered into and items were stolen and nothing was done even when give dates to view videos. I ordered pizza and front staff sent it to wrong room. Staff are very rude and don't know how to provide good customer service. Also trying to get dishes etc to cook with was impossible. Couldn't get room cleaned even once during a three week stay. Room was filthy and never cleaned under bed with used condoms and wrappers.

The room as small, smelled of chemical air freshener and poorly maintained. There are cigarette butts surrounding the building and inescapable freeway noise.

The only thing that was good was the first lady who checked us in.

This hotel could be great. However, it needs a lot of work to get to that point. The rooms are disgusting and unsafe, I feel like this hotel is more along the lines of an "apartment" for homeless people and that's what they catered to. We had to switch rooms once because of the dirtiness and the fact that the pull out bed didn't have a mattress and when we pulled it out food came flying out at us, the previous person's coffee was still in the coffee maker and there are stains on the sheets that look like blood. Not to mention the safety lock is broken on the door which is illegal I believe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with kids. The lady that checked us in was awesome but other than that everything else is horrible and we're stuck here overnight now. We will be disputing this with our bank as soon as we get home and I hope nobody else has to go through this
