Check in service was great! Front desk supervisor was supportive during our stay. We felt assured seeing familiar face after long day of driving. Snacks and Dining room near reception area appear inviting and tempting!
Negatives:
Pool and Hot tub/Jacuzzi were out of service during our stay. While the weather was cold, we like the option of being able to use all services usually offered. Elevator was littered with outdoor debris but understandable due to recent cold/wet weather and short staffing.
