They had room service available, the bed was comfortable, good toiletries

Ice machine room smelled of mold and water damage on practically every floor, also broken on my floor. Shower not clean, there were long stray hairs from previous guest. Room was advertised as an executive suite but was super basic.

The food was actually pretty good within their restaurants. The lady in the restaurant was very nice.

The hotel is located near warehouses and near homeless encampment's. Which made me awry of parking my vehicle in the open parking lot. The hotel is decent, the carpets are dirty in the hallway and in the rooms. The pool is so small and gets easily overcrowded.
