I liked the laundry set up. They made it very easy to do my laundry and I felt comfortable enough to leave the laundry room while my clothes were washing cuz I knew no one was gonna steal them.

I didn't like how long the person took at the front desk to figure out my booking and I really don't like that they are holding a 100$ on my account for 1-4 business days!

We all had fun,like always!

The beds are comfortable and pillows are good. Toilet flush is not as noisy as some motels.
Negatives:
Broken hair dryer, no spare one. The sink, bath tub, towels are dirty, human hair on toilet seat from previous occupation, no trash can at all.
Air conditioner temperature has wide range, set it to 73F but it goes down to 65F until it's off and then goes up to 80F until it's on again so we went through cycles of cold and hot over nights, eventually we just turn it off and rely on cooler night Sacramento temperature by opening the bathroom ventilation fan.

The curtains in my room were see through, any one could walk by and look right in especially at night with the lights on. Very uncomfortable! Room had a faint carpet odor or something. Breakfast was not organized. Too many people at once, not enough snacks laid out, long lines, not enough tables. Eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, coffee and muffins and the layout was terrible. Late at night other guests outside being loud for no reason.

The staff was nice but understaffed and had a hard time keeping up with check ins and phone calls.
Negatives:
The facility is a bit run down. Toilet was broken when we were arrived and they were unable to fix it or offer us another room before we left.
Booking falsely advertised free airport shuttle.
The area feels a little sketchy but it's convenient to be a short drive from downtown and the airport.

The breakfast options are great. The room was updated and clean. Love the fridge and microwave in the room. Really appreciated the late check out.

Because I had a late check out the cleaning staff came into my room and did not seem to be aware that I was checking out late. Please inform your cleaning staff not to enter rooms until after check out.

Homeless all around the area and parking lot, no body soap in shower and no bar soap at sink. Also only two small pillows on beds, I asked for 2 additional and I received them.
