Negatives:
The toilet was clogged had to go to the front desk to get a plunger. my credit card got double charge had to call the front office to clear it up took about a week and a half.

Friendly and helpful staff. The needs are comfortable and I was able to get some rest. The remodeled times look nice.
Negatives:
No closets or dresser to store you items. There was an old tea bag in the coffee maker in the room. I purposely left the lid open so the housekeeping staff could see it but they never did. They are doing construction on some of the rooms
