They moved me to 3 separate rooms due to the lack of a closet or hanging bar. They also did not have a dresser in the room to place my clothes. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The orange juice machine was broken and the eggs were uneatable.

Major traffic with diesel trucks start at 3:45 AM. The front staff was indifferent.. no customer service. They were gone for 15 minutes when I arrived. When they returned I wait another 10 minutes in the 46 weather. No smiles

We arrived late and notified hotel several times but upon arrival we discovered they had cancelled my reservation. Frustrating but I was able to fix it.

Location. Rooms are small. They are okay if you plan on just sleeping but if you are spending a lot of time in the room or have smaller kids, the room is too small.
