Nothing at this point. The hotel kept my deposit and allowed someone else to use my deposit after I checked out of the hotel. Later that day after I checked out I spoke with the front desk to ensure everything was OK on my checkout and I was told yes everything was fine and that I should receive my deposit back in 2-3 days. It never happened.
Negatives:
Whoever they let use my room after checkout claimed I was ok late on checkout, and then charged me my deposit.
Warning do not use this hotel they are a scam and will rip you off.

the first room the hrater did not work the tv did not work and the coffe pot did not work and the bedding was stained and the tub was very dirty the second room the tv did not work the light in the bathroom did not eork the smoke detector fell of of the seling and hit me in the head there was only 1 towel when we got in there and the kept out 100 dolar deposit saying we stole there towels and that we left dirty sherts not ok

Nothing good at all.I couldn't get clean towels. They kept my $100 deposit for damage to the room yet they couldn't tell me what damage because there was no damage to the room. Plus there were roaches and bed bugs as well

the staff was so difficult to understand. they do not keep bookings for more than 30 days, so I was charged full price for the room I already paid for through booking.com. the sheets and pillow cases had stains. the handles on the microwave and cabinets were either broken or missing. the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

I requested a non smoking room and the room i was giving had a very strong smell of cigar. I let the front desk and instead of giving me a different room, they offered a spray to spray the room, plus the floor and restroom was dirty
