Negatives: The lack of security

Negatives: Housekeeping knocks on the door several times every starting at 9am every morning. Even if you're staying 4 or 5 nights.

Negatives: Staff were rude and literally watching every move they thought my cousin was a John and tried to kick me out and call the police

Negatives: The pool was dirty, so I swept it myself to be able to swim When I went into my room I noticed the air was not working right, and neither was the refrigerator, I called the front desk and someone came and got the air to work, had to call the front desk to tell them again about the fridge, a guy came and he told my daughter he fixed it, it still would not work, Never did it get cold, all the stuff that I bought was warm and some of it had to be dumped out. The room was dirty, Not at all as it should have been. This was my worst stay at any hotel, I used to enjoy staying here, but not the run-down it is becoming. Another person staying there told me that they were not happy with their visit either. Added note, the plumbing kept backing up into the toilet, and the sink. Now after contacting the company, I booked a room with, Finally was offered a small portion of my money back, Barely enough to replace some of the loss of things from the nonworking refrigerator.

Negatives: The motel had roaches and underneath the bed was reaally dirty, The room I was in was right next to the laundry room and the workers were really really loud the next morning when the came on. I asked for a refund and to be sent to another site and I was denied and told I had to email the manager, We were promised a continential breakfast and none was available. Our tv only got 1 channel. Ive emailed the manager and took pictures of my complaint and ive still yet to receive the refund.
