I am 72 -- they "officially" had no support for anything. Thankfully, there were a couple of staff who really made an effort to assist despite the official " sorry". Not impressed with the cleanliness -- very limited services.

The cost of my room was over whelming cause when I got to my room one of the rooms from the two bedroom suite wasnt cleaned they left cleaning supplies the refrigerator was dirty, it was over uncomfortable

The furniture was torn, the flat sheet on the bed had a stain on it. I saw 2 roaches. One in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. There were complimentary disinfectant wipes that expired in 2022 left for guests. For the amount of money thats charged to stay there, I expected cleanliness above all.
