It was a very spacious and clean room. The restroom was nice. The beds and sofa were comfortable. We had a fridge and microwave in our room which was convenient. It was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Negatives:
The location is a bit weird and so much construction going on around the hotel. It is a bit pricey and found the pet fee to be a bit too much. Said it’s for the cleaning fee but I paid $100 extra when my dog didn’t leave a mess at all and is potty trained so she did the restroom outside.

Very nice location and quiet neighborhood. Not faraway for SF, good place to stay and make sightseeing around.
Negatives:
Breakfast is always the biggest problem for me in USA, it's totally different as in EU, where you can expect fresh ham, cheese, scrabble eggs and so on.
AC in the corridors was set low, I felt cold breeze.
