Room was nice. Hot tub was lovely . Proximity to all the fun stuff. Property was quiet and well maintained. Shuffle board was a refreshing change of lobby games.
Negatives:
Shower didn't get very hot. Water pressure was weak.
Our room wasn't cleaned as well as we like between evenings.
The heating unit was pretty loud and kicked on every 5 minutes all night.

we arrived at the Bahia resort today. my daughter got into the bathroom and a huge leak was coming from the celling, all the floor was covered by water. it was near by the lamp so it was very dangerous. we were able to change room but then we discover that the« Bay view » we paid for is actually a « parking lot view » with the bay in the very far distance. it’s totally disappointing and it’s a lie to call it a « bay view ». we would have chosen a different hotel for that price if we had known that. We went to ask for a real « bay view » at the front desk and the lady was super rude and unprofessional, telling us that they don’t have separate room with bay view with a sofa wich is not true because we were able to visit other rooms thanks to a nice guy from the staff. That was the only nice people from the hotel we were able to meet. Moreover, we are sleeping on the sofa and the quality is so old and cheap. it’s totally uncomfortable. Don’t recommend that place at all !
