Positives:
Except for the cleanliness of our room, we liked the location, indoor pool, gym and welcoming staff.
Negatives:
.Unfortunately, discovered one of our beds had a top white coverlet that was not clean. It was crusty on both sides and my children were sleeping in that one and discovered it. We were given a new cover but we could not use that bed so we were cramped. I was told that I would get a full refund from Booking, however, I am stil waiting.

good location, staff overall friendly
Negatives:
Room was not serviced twice during our stay and never hovered - and we stayed for 6 nights. Hardly any vegan options for breakfast and nothing apart from frozen soy milk when asked - for 2024 and such a big chain this is very disappointing. Also did not like to drink out of plastic cups for breakfast and the amount that goes to waste every single day. Unnecessary.
