After Friday, Sep 29th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Negatives: This was the first extended stay I've ever been to that doesn't have elevator. What happens if I was on a wheelchair and no vacancy on the first floor what happens. To charge guest for parking is outrageous and if we don't want to pay we park along side the road. Which increases a chance of a break in or possible stolen vehicle wouldn't that be great

Positives: Location was central

Negatives: Hotel tells you they have breakfast. Its granola bar and instant oatmeal- no milk no juice. You have a kitchenette. No cups, no dishes, no utensils, no pans. NOTHING! Not even a blow dryer. So unless you are traveling with your own kitchen, its worthless. Office kept changing the code to our room so we made frequent trips to have our key fixed.

Positives: Quietly, beds are comfortably, room is clean, no carpeted floor which is way better . Nice it has a kitchenette , a table and chairs, a frig and a microwave.

Negatives: A bathroom remodeling is overdue, I would not add pictures or bad reviews as I know how the staffing situation is being for the last 2 years or so, besides this is not a 5 stars hotel.its good enough to spend a couple of days.
