Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The person that checked me in was very kind.

I chose this hotel primarily for its complimentary breakfast, but to my disappointment, there was no breakfast offered, and the coffee was already packed up by 9:30 am. Also, the desk chair was disgustingly dirty, making it unthinkable for me to sit on.

they mistake and never provided us correct rooms. we made reservation 2 double bed room x 2 for 3 people, but they provided 1 double bed room x 2 So we requested to change the room cuz 100% their fault, but they just told us it's full and they can't.

Many things - the hotel key card system was down, entire first floor smelled like weed, first room didn't have working lights in the bathroom, plugging in phone chargers sparked in outlets, "breakfast" was coffee and old muffins

Positives:
Location, it was nearby plazas that had food, banks, and gas stations. Also was close by where I needed to go. There was plenty of parking as well.
Negatives:
Cleanliness was lacking. Lobby, elevator, hallways looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days. From a far our room looked fairly alright, however the more I looked into things I found stains, dirt, hairs and an old/previously used soap bar.

Nothing really, maybe location it was like a 15min drive to the beacb staff were friendly.
Negatives:
The sheets had blood, the restroom was dirty, there was hair all over. Breakfast is cold coffee there was 2 paquets of oatmeal when I asked for more as I would have ate 2 and hubby another 2 they handed me 1. It sucked overall I wouldn't book again not recommend this hotel OH DID I MENTION WE GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR.
