Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The person that checked me in was very kind.

I chose this hotel primarily for its complimentary breakfast, but to my disappointment, there was no breakfast offered, and the coffee was already packed up by 9:30 am. Also, the desk chair was disgustingly dirty, making it unthinkable for me to sit on.

they mistake and never provided us correct rooms. we made reservation 2 double bed room x 2 for 3 people, but they provided 1 double bed room x 2 So we requested to change the room cuz 100% their fault, but they just told us it's full and they can't.

We reserved accessible room but when we arrived we were told elevators were not working and has nor been for a little while...and thus no access to accesible rooms. We should have been told this at time of booking!!! We had to look for another hotel on our own...We were refunded but they should not have taken reservation if they could not provide.

Found bugs/roaches running on the counter as soon as we walked in and turned on the lights...we left immediately, went back to front desk where hotel staff apologized and explain that there would be no charge to my credit card as we left and had to find other accommodations... I check today they still charged my card...WE ARE VERY UPSET

Hotel needed to keep opening door for us because they couldn’t create key cards and the bed kept sliding and flipping upwards if we sat on the edge.
