Positives:
The hotel and staff at front desk were exceptional. The location was perfect and strait across and really amazing park. In walking distance to so much. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options and tasted good.
Negatives:
The only issue was the cost of parking. Parking was an additional $40 that I did not see listed but I could have just have missed it. Or you had to find parking around with be as limited and certain days there was street sweeping so you had to read signs.

The staff was great and accommodated us with an early check-in.
Negatives:
The hotel was under construction on the first floor. Another guest said they were briefly stuck in the elevator. The breakfast setup was very cramped.
Positives:
Great location to harbor, close to restaurants and bars. Safe to walk.
Negatives:
A little minimalist, could put a couple plastic drinking glasses in the room. They were in the lobby for water 24/7, but annoying to have to run down there. The only cups in the room are the paper coffee cups. Would be nice to have makeup remover wipes.

The staff was very nice. Front desk , cleaning staff and even maintenance. All very nice.

The train was sounding its horn from 4am - 1am about every 5-20 min. It was a temporary issue and it stopped the last night but planes stated going over very low as soon as the train stopped and I timed them at every 1-3 min. Ear plugs did not help.

Very busy hotel that had 3 elevators but only 1 operational. Rooms was next to train tracks and was very loud which made it very difficult to sleep. Homeless on steps that made it difficult to get around.

The receptionist told us that if we sign the Hilton Honors form, our parking will be free of charge. At check out it turned out that it is not free of charge, but with a discount up to 50% (depending on unknown factors).
