Positives: Enjoyed the available amenities although I didn't have time to use the pool or gym. I liked the outdoor lounge area, fruit water in the lobby, available shop options, & included breakfast choices. Bed was very comfortable & overall stay was what I needed.
Negatives: There was old fruit left in my mini fridge & a used wash cloth left on the shower rod. I wish the firepit was open longer, but I understand why it stops at 10pm

Negatives: Recently my wife and I stayed at your accommodation from Oct 29-Oct 31. When we made our booking, we enquired about having a footstool in our room for our stay because both my wife and I are dwarfs/little people. Within a minute of my confirmed booking, you replied saying that it wouldn't be a problem and it would be arranged. This is a big deal for us as little people, it is often hard to reach things in the room like a kitchen sink, a bathroom sink, shower handles, benches and so on. So this basically becomes a requirement for us as we need this for our stay. We choose to stay at places when we are told by them that this minor, but important to us, request can be accommodated. However, when we arrived, we did not receive our footstool. We enquired about it the next day through the messaging platform and Christina informed me at 3:02pm the NEXT DAY that you did not have footstools. This is horrible service and both my wife and I are extremely disappointed and upset that we had been lied to. Do you know how hard it is to brush your teeth while trying to hold yourself up on the front of the bathroom sink? Or to even wash your hands? What about washing your face? That's the kind of difficult and awkward scenarios we faced this entire weekend because your place of business lied to us to ensure we continued through with our booking and so you got our money. We are deeply upset and disappointed. We mentioned it to front desk on our way out as we checked out and the person there (Trevor I believe his name was) said he would speak with the manager about it and get back to us. I would like to request some sort of partial refund for the inconvenience we had to go through as a result of the lie that we were told. Also the breakfast options were rather limited. Would've been nice to have some eggs and bacon.
