Paying for parking. It should be free parking for all guests. At least Free parking for seniors, handicapped/disabled, military and first responders.

Positives:
Lobby was welcoming. Breakfasts were nice, but it was similar food each morning. Pool/hot tub were not crowded when we chose to use them.
Negatives:
Had to pay $4 to wash clothes and $3 to dry clothes, hotel did not have change machine to get quarters to use for laundry. Woke up in the middle of the night to a strong marijuana smell that lingered for a while. Parking was $25 extra, which I thought was too much for a "three star hotel" like a Hampton Inn. We also found a dead rat in one of the pool's skimmers, not sure how long it had been there (we did inform the front desk clerk when we found it).
