Positives: The property was very clean and decent.
Negatives: A few of the staff members was very rude. I ended up using the Restaurant to order food and was told by Mickey that it would be 15-20mins, I sent my husband down to get the food and we even waited 25 mins till he went down to get the food and he ended up waiting another 20 mins for the food after we were told it was going to be 15-20mins and it’s grab and go. Lynn was at the bar arguing with my husband while; I was on the phone with him and I was asking him what was taking so long. He mentioned that the server kept passing him up and totally ignored him, as my husband got very upset I had to get dress and go down stairs. As I stepped to the counter she said food is coming out and her manager name, when she could have told my husband all that instead of me coming down. Her demeanor and attitude was very unacceptable. The staff who was very nice and went above and beyond to help my husband and I. Thank you to Roberto who checked us in and gave us a lot of information. Thank you to Nina O who assisted us and gave us the manger card when we express our concerns of discomfort with Lynn and thank you to Donnetta for checking us out and assisting us with breakfast.

Positives: Very clean and in close proximity to eating places.
Negatives: I got the disabled room and the toilets were tooo small. And the pillows super soft. I did not request a disability room.
