friendly staff at reception and bar. the fire places outside provide a great atmosphere, food at the grill was tasty.

room service not every day, shower gel was empty and was not refilled, in the gym only one of three treadmills were functioning and mostly occupied, no paper towels provided to wipe/disinfect the equipment in the gym before/after use, direct access to the beach is blocked by the golf course

Location near golf course. Shuttle to golf course. Friendly staff. Digital key worked well. Good view from balcony.
Negatives:
Parking too expensive. Key card never worked in garage. Need an extra blanket in room. Would be nice to have a screen on the balcony door; slider door didn’t work or lock properly. Not clear on what resort fees included.

The location and views are great. The staff tries to be friendly but clearly has their hands tied by bad policies
Negatives:
The rooms are tired and in severe need of an upgrade (we couldn’t even open our balcony door!)
The upcharges are ridiculous!!!! Our room had over $100 of additional charges tacked on to the advertised booking price! The breakfast delivery also was insanely overpriced ($100 for two breakfast burritos and a carafe of coffee after all delivery and surcharges and overpriced food was taken into account)
The hotel only has one restaurant and the offerings are limited and the food tastes terrible (did our breakfast steak come off a rubber tire??). There’s not even a true restaurant for dinner at 730 on a Sunday!!
Staff slow to respond to requests if at all (we called the front desk at least 7 times in one night stay because of issues!)
