Negatives: 1) Charging for car park $40 per night even for room guest is atrocious 2) While checking out, was told my credit card swipe for $200 at the time of check in will be refunded in full since all dues settled. But, later I was charged $111/- !!!

Negatives: When 4 guests check into a room, it doesn?t make sense to only give guests 2 bottles of water, 2 towels and two drink vouchers. I checked at the front desk and was told this is standard. Cheaper hotels offer free coffee- this hotel cuts corners.

Negatives: paying for parking come on and with the room rates not worth another stay.

Negatives: Parking was more expensive than usual and the resort fee was for what? Overcrowded small pool too many kids. Too noisy for a couple to enjoy away from their own kids.

Negatives: The parking is very expensive, as is the breakfast. The hotel furnishings are a little dinged up.

Negatives: Check-in receptionist was pretty unpleasant from the moment we stepped up to the desk, despite our smiles, which pretty much set the tone for the stay. My dad, a teacher, is pretty unflappable but even he walked away and made a comment about her bad attitude. Not exactly the caliber of service youd expect from such a location. Facilities are dated, though comfortable, but our room looked out on the patio/pool area and the music from the bar was audible despite closed doors. The killer was that the parking fee was astronomically expensive, an unfortunate surprise. $40/night for a damp, dank underground parking lot. We stayed at another Hilton property in the area the night before, $17 for parking, thats reasonable. Honestly, if I had known (the amount is not listed anywhere on the hotels booking.com page), we would have stayed somewhere else. Thank god we only stayed one night, the gentleman checking in next to us was unfortunately staying for three and was equally saddened by the realization that hes be paying $120 for parking alone. Its not like its in an area where you can find alternative parking, so this is obviously the hotel price gouging. It made the room deal we thought wed found on booking.com end up more expensive than alternative properties and, after the lackluster stay, we left feeling a bit cheated.

Negatives: No comforter only sheets and it will take more than half an hour to get what you want after you called the room service. Hair Dryer is very old even not working. There are too much hairs on it as well. It is like a vintage.

Negatives: Old and musty. Very expensive parking. Rooms very dated with an odd smell. Loud. A lot of pets seem to stay here and the rooms smell like it. There was an unsightly stain on the fabric frame of one of the beds.

Negatives: Room was outdated.

Negatives: I felt like the lady who checked me in and out was judgmental. Asked her a question regarding the website that I booked thru and she was rude. Parking rate was a lot.
