There was dog hair all over the bottom of the bed and the overall cleanliness was subpar at best. There were about 30 kids around 10-12 years old in the pool and the spa at all times.

If you do not get a room with a view then you look at the parking lot, freeway, Denny's. This trip a beverage glass sat in the elevator for 2 days. Last trip a large oval tray with leftover dishes sat outside a suite for 2 days. Shouldn't happen here.

It only has 2 elevators starting from the front next to check-in and bar. So unless you have a room near those elevators, your screwed. It is a long hike to your room. The interior architecture is like a maze. A real drag.

We had a very noisy AC unit in the room which kept us awake most of the night. They did offer to move us at 2.30Am but we said we would put up with. Lorenzo at reception was very understanding
