Positives:
Free breakfast was wonderful and breakfast staff quite friendly and helpful. Front counter was professional. The cleanliness superb. Outdoor swimming pool a huge bonus and the courtyard exceptionally pleasant. Quite high end for such a reasonable price.
Negatives:
My TV didn't work and the internet was down while I was there for a 2 day visit. They had a guy come to try to resolve the TV issue within 2 hours, but with no luck. Fortunately I didn't care really as time away from both was a good thing in my case. I could have got moved to a new room for some basic TV channels but didn't bother for this reason.
I didn't enjoy hearing all the hotel's xmas music echoing throughout the courtyard throughout the evening. It's not even Thanksgiving yet but I guess that's a thing many places. Bah, humbug!

The property was outside the downtown area and very close to the interstate. There was a nice pool and patio area.
Negatives:
The road noise. As a guest in the room, you could hear road noise from the interstate. Also a fee of 10 dollars a night for parking was ridiculous, particularly given that this property was not in a conjested area.

The bed seemed broken, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, the TV was glitching in the bedroom. The room wasn't cleaned very well. There was stuff under the TV in the living area.

Dust ruffle used as blanket (we replaced with extra blanket found in closet), loud drone of freeway that runs by hotel. That was more our fault however for using Booking instead of going directly through hotel since Booking typically doles out the less desirable rooms to its guests.
